The practice was established in December 1992, and we are medically owned and operated.

Balmoral Street Medical Practice located at 98 Balmoral Street Hornsby,  behind the Hornsby Hospital.  We are a 10 minute walk from Hornsby Train Station and an 8 minute walk from the Westfield Shopping Centre.

This is a family general practice.  We provide primary, continuing and comprehensive whole patient care to individuals, families and our local community.
